Once a project is finished, we can help you keep it online by entering into a managed service agreement.
Managed Service Agreements
We will charge a monthly fee and assume responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of your entire software stack. We essentially turn your software into a SaaS (software as a service) that only you can access. Should you so choose, we can even discuss options for you to resell and white-label your software for other companies that would like to consume a similar similar service.
Service Level Agreements
We can agree ahead of time, on a few important requirements for a specific piece of software, including:
- The timeframe in which you can expect a response to a support ticket you file
- The number of hours we will spend per billing period, maintaining and updating your software
- The of hours allocated to feature development
- The time frame in which bugs should be investigated
Once this agreement is put into place, you can just assume that your software will always be available for your customers to use, whenever they need to use it.
